We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion.
3. Proposals, Estimates & Engagements
Any proposals or estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Engagements commence only upon mutual agreement and may be governed by a separate contract or statement of work (SOW).
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by DeltaML during the provision of services will remain the property of DeltaML unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients will receive usage rights as outlined in their individual agreements.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual agreements.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as allowed by law.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client data as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties unless required by law or with your consent.
You agree to protect any proprietary information we share with you.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeltaML is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific services in question.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to any terms outlined in a separate contract.
Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed to date.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, Western Cape.
